Team Member Requirements

• Interest or experience in food service, customer service and drink making.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills and openness to feedback.
• Punctual, responsible and reliable, with basic math skills.
• Comfortable working with chemicals, open flames, odors, refrigeration, wet floors and noise.
• Able to manage shifts, use downtime effectively and communicate with teammates.
• Available weekdays, weekends and holidays. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Food Handler's Certificate, or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
• Quick to learn and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tea, boba, beverages, fried foods and sandwiches.
• Greet customers and provide personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold sanitation standards.
• Prep and label ingredients, ensure freshness and use proper knife skills.
• Learn recipes and daily procedures.
• Build positive crew relationships and uphold company policies.
• Handle equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist and stand for extended periods.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow store procedures.

Physical Requirements

Stand, walk and use hands or tools throughout the shift; occasionally crouch, crawl or kneel. Lift or move up to 50 pounds. The existing role description specifies visual focus, color vision and distance vision. Work includes exposure to dairy, vegetables, poultry and frequent handwashing.
